We are excited to introduce our newly developed Housing Provider Online Leasing Packet, which is a significant step forward in simplifying participation in our housing programs for both new and existing owners and their designated property managers.
Starting now, this online packet must be completed and submitted before entering any program-related housing agreements with our voucher families. By digitizing the intake process, we're making things easier and more accessible, helping us work together more efficiently for our Long Beach community.
A link to the new form will be made available to housing providers as part of our leasing and contracting process.
