We are excited to inform you that the housing authority will soon be transitioning to a new platform to enhance our services. This migration will occur in several phases, including staff training, implementation, testing, and housing provider rollout. The new platform is designed to be user-friendly and will streamline access to crucial information such as family data, rent updates, and inspection details.
To facilitate a smooth transition, please note the following changes to our payment issuance schedule:
- The August 1, 2024, payment issuance will proceed as scheduled.
- However, the August 15, 2024, payment issuance has been canceled.
- Payments for the August 15 issuance will be included in the September 1, 2024, payment issuance.

Our regular payment schedule of the 1st and 15th of the month will resume in September.
