For Summer 2024, the Leadership ARTS Mentoring Program (LAMP) of Long Beach Community Action Partnership (CAP) is offering a paid internship that teaches leadership skills through digital media arts education to income-qualifying youth ages 14-24 currently living in Long Beach and certain surrounding cities.
Summer 2024 Program (8 Weeks)
- Dates: June 18-August 8, 2024
- Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (weekly)
- Time: 11 AM - 4:30 PM (16.5 hours per week)
- Location: LBCAP Office (117 W Victoria St, Long Beach, CA 90805)
Applicant Requirements:
- Must be 14-24 years old (by first day of program)
- Must meet LAMP’s income qualifications
- Must commit to entire 8-week program schedule
LAMP Digital Media Art Disciplines:
- Film/TV Production
- Graphic Design
- Music Production
- Photography
No experience necessary! All skill levels are welcome. Applications are screened on a first-come, first-served basis and accepted until the program is full.
