ABOUT TIP
TIP is a team of specially trained volunteers who provide emotional and practical support to those impacted by traumatic events. TIP responds on scene at the request of police, fire, and hospitals 24/7/365. Volunteers offer immediate assistance to survivors, family members, witnesses, and bystanders.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS
- Attend and complete all Training Academy dates.
- Pass fingerprinting and a background check.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
- Volunteer for three 12-hour shifts per month.
- Attend Continuing Education meetings on the third Wednesday of every month.
