REALTORS ® & COVID-19 MASK POLICIES
Coronavirus cases are spiking in Wisconsin and the US in recent days. In response, Ashland, Bayfield and Dane Counties as well as the Cities of Glendale, Milwaukee and Shorewood have enacted mask policies , with more likely to soon follow. Also, several large companies (i.e. Target, Wal Mart) are requiring face masks when someone enters their store or office.

As you go about your business showing properties or hosting an open house, the GMAR would like to remind you to abide by individual community and company mask policies, as well as those of property owners and other real estate firms.

Incorporating masks, and other protective measures, into your real estate practice will help stop the spread of coronavirus , and let your clients know you are taking the pandemic seriously.

If you encounter someone who objects to wearing a mask, you can direct them to the CDC website Considerations for Wearing Cloth Face Coverings .
There are also many stories to share, like this one, "2 Stylists Had Coronavirus, but Wore Masks. 139 Clients Didn’t Fall Sick. "

If you would like a REALTOR ®  mask, the GMAR recently ordered 2,500 and will make them available to members at no cost. We will let you know when they are available.
