The City of Milwaukee Department of City Development has created a new Residential Offer to Purchase and updated its offer procedures. These changes are going to make it easier for you to sell City-owned residential properties. Sneak preview: The Earnest Money procedure is a lot more buyer and agent-friendly!

WRA and the GMAR RPAC Committee conducted candidate interviews with 14 candidates in 5 open legislative seats (Assembly Districts 10, 13, 15, 19, 84, and Senate District 5) in the Greater Milwaukee area. The main issues the interviews focus on are Property Taxes, Workforce Housing, Local Control, Professional Licensure, and Campaign Finance Reform. |
