Home Inspector Bill Made Possible By...
In the 2020 elections, the WRA supported 127 of 132 candidates for the state Legislature, both Democrats and Republicans. Last month, all 127 of these newly elected lawmakers voted in support of the WRA's home inspector legislation (SB74/AB57), and it was signed into law by Gov. Tony Evers.

Beginning June 1, this new pro-consumer law will make the home inspection process more transparent for prospective homebuyers. This new law was made possible because of YOUR support of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). RPAC supports candidates who understand the importance of legislation that creates consistency for consumers.

To learn more about the legislation, read the WRA's written testimony submitted to the Legislature.

Please give to RPAC today and help us continue to support lawmakers who support homeowners, property owners and the real estate industry.
NAR Unveils Mentorship Program Matching Realtors® with Professionals in Underserved Areas
The National Association of Realtors® announced today the launch of a mentorship initiative designed to help budding professionals in underserved areas thrive in a real estate career. The program, NAR Spire, will match Realtors® with mentees from historically marginalized communities with the goal of eliminating barriers that have denied opportunities for homeownership and kept people out of America's real estate industry.
