SWIFT in Presidential Committee Report!

The President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities (PCPID) recently released the 2016 report titled "Strengthening an Inclusive Pathway for People with Intellectual Disabilities and Their Families" to President Obama. SWIFT member, Dan Habib, chaired the education subgroup. "An inclusive life pathway has to start with inclusion in our schools," he said. "If you read the education section of the report, I think you’ll see many SWIFT principles and practices reflected throughout." The report is publicly available HERE.
