SWIFT's Equity Leadership
Learning Series Partners
This summer SWIFT Education Center began partnerships with four school districts that will participate in an Equity Leadership Learning Series as part of a research grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Selected principals and their school leadership teams in Cumberland County Schools, North Carolina, Guilford County Schools, North Carolina, San Diego Unified School District, California, and Teton County School District #1, Wyoming will enhance their leadership capacities as they transform school culture and systems to provide an equitable learning environment where all students can thrive.
