Greetings!
You might have heard that last week we kicked it off with the Mayor’s fifth State of the City where a lot of great information was shared. Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia highlighted major milestones for the City like record breaking unemployment rate and low crime rates.
If you missed it, no worries! We have a full recap and video for you to watch.
We’re also asking the community to help spread the word about two major closures. First, the Metro's Blue Line will be closed starting this Saturday, January 26, until May 2019 due to construction, but there will be alternative transportation. Second, the City’s Main Library is also closed due to construction until the new Main Library opens this summer.
