A major construction project to improve the safety of our airfield will begin the first week in January. The project will reconstruct Taxiway L, which is the primary taxiway for departing commercial aircraft.
Because construction will occur adjacent to the main runway, Runway 12-30 will close nightly from 10 pm-6 am (with the exception of Friday and Saturday evenings) through approximately August. This will result in a temporary shift in nighttime operations, seen here.
