Our Team at the Franchise Support Center is committed to the ongoing success of the Just Between Friends System and our Franchisees. Part of this is constantly improving our efforts to identify the right candidates to be future JBF Franchisee Partners.
To help us categorize the traits that most closely fit our model of a successful franchisees, we recently engaged the services of a company called, Zorakle Profiles, a franchise research and consulting firm, to determine those characteristics that are inherent to our most successful franchisees.
Their “SpotOn!” assessment tool integrates seven behavioral dimensions into one comprehensive psychometric assessment. This combination of information gives us a much greater ability to accurately predict behavior and business success. Up to 90-95% accuracy can be achieved it we start with the right information – and that is where we need your help.
Zorakle’s profiling software is astonishingly accurate and going through the assessment will not only give you a super insightful look into various aspects yourself - it also will help us create a baseline from which to target our ideal Franchise candidates! Not only that, but you will also receive your own fascinating and confidential results immediately after taking your assessment.
We would very much appreciate you taking 15 minutes of your time to honestly complete this assessment prior to Monday, December 19th at 12.00pm CT. We will draw from the participants for the Amazon Gift Card at that time and announce the winner on Facebook.

Franconnect Migration Update | |
We have been working with Franconnect and the Tiger Team behind the scenes to prepare to move forward with the Franconnect migration that we had to pause back in September.
We are pleased to announce that we are on pace to complete the migration on Wednesday, December 21. We are still finalizing the details and will keep everyone updated as we move closer.
| Google Chrome / Downloading Unsold Items | |
Google Chrome has some non-standard settings that in some circumstances are blocking the ability to download unsold items from the tagging site.
The reason for this is that Google has changed the privacy settings for the browser, and has chosen to declare all files ending in .doc as insecure, which are blocked from downloading by default.
There are three fixes for this that will allow you to download the tags while using Chrome.
1. (Recommended) Login to the chrome browser using your jbfsale.com account and enable the sync option. By logging in to the browser using your jbfsale.com account, the browser will receive additional settings allowing downloads to process automatically, as the site has been added to the safe list at the account level.
2. After clicking download you will see a message at the bottom of the screen that indicates that unsolditems.doc is insecure. You can click the little arrow next to the message and choose to keep the file. This will only allow it for this single download, and you will need to do it each time you download.
3. Manually add myjbftags.com and www.myjbftags.com to the allowed list, you can follow the instructions below to complete this. You would need to follow these steps on any computer you are using with Chrome.
- Click the button with the three dots at the top right of the chrome window
- Click Settings
- Click Privacy and Security Settings
- Click Site Settings
- Under the Content section, choose Additional Content Settings
- Choose Insecure Content
- Next to Allowed to show insecure content, Click Add

Enter www.myjbftags.com and click Add

Do the same to add an exception for myjbftags.com

Two Months to P&L Deadline...
Two months is not as far away as you might think! If you have someone else preparing your financial reports, please be sure that your bookkeeper has reviewed the JBF Uniform Financial Statements Guide. The document outlines the financial reporting requirements, including the JBF Chart of Accounts. The deadline for the 2022 Annual P&L is Wednesday, February 15th, 2023. Each territory’s Profit and Loss Statement should be provided as an Excel document to accounting@jbfsale.com. Reach out to your coach with questions!
