December 2021
WQED + Libraries = Inquire Within
"[We] work collaboratively to create programming and resources that reflect the specific needs and interests of the...community. No two programs look the same because no two libraries and communities are the same."

-Liz Kostandinu
Manager, Inquire Within | WED
WQED partners with 43 neighborhood libraries on Inquire Within to provide educational programming and activities for young learners and their families.

Check out the Inquire Within Events Calendar where you can see a full month of scheduled programs - filter your search by library to find programming near you.

The annual Writers Contest launches in January! All of WQED's partner libraries will offer programming around the contest like kickoff parties, writing workshops, and more! The Inquire Within Events Calendar will show the events offered at your local library.

WHYY Recognizes "Good Souls"
"Whether it’s a teacher, a coach, a neighbor, a mailman, a store clerk or security guard - or just a mom known for mothering her block - our city, our region and our world is a better [place] because there are Good Souls stepping in when we need them."

-Cherri Gregg, WHYY Afternoon Radio Host
The Good Souls Project is an initiative introduced by WHYY's radio host, Cherri Gregg, that aims to highlight individuals that make a significant impact and positive contribution to their neighborhood, community, or region.

The first round of nominations is open now through December 30th. Do you know anyone that is a role model in serving their community? Be sure to fill out the form and show appreciation for a good soul!
