from the ptsa president
As we near the end of the year, it's natural to look back and reflect . As I review what we've accomplished this year, I feel grateful to be part of the Langley community.  I’m proud that our students work hard and support each other , that our staff is committed to challenging our students and share their love of learning, and that our parents support our students and staff to make Langley a welcoming and enriching experience.

Recently, we were able to share our Saxon pride as we hosted an Open House for 7th and 8th grade families eager to learn more about Langley. About 200 people took time out of their busy weekend to join us for an overview of Langley and tours of our beautifully renovated facilities. Many thanks to the student leaders who gave up part of their weekend to lead the prospective new families around the school.

I hope that each of you will take time to rest , relax and recharge over the winter holidays and hope that you are surrounded by those you cherish most. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

~ Laura Skeen, PTSA President
