Planting Seeds for Learning:

PIL Partners with ApSeed

Partners In Learning is excited to collaborate with ApSeed to provide seedling learning tablets to all of our preschool children. Families will pick up their child’s tablet later this month. These interactive, kindergarten-ready devices support early learning through hands-on educational activities and are designed specifically for young children, with no internet access and no cameras, ensuring a safe and focused learning experience at home.

PIL Professional Tip of the Month

Yes, Toddlers Can Do That!

Toddlers are capable of so much more than we often realize. When given the opportunity to serve themselves at lunch, they build independence, confidence, and important self-help skills. With patience, intentional teaching, and plenty of positive feedback, toddlers rise to the occasion. Taking the time to guide them—rather than doing it for them—helps children learn responsibility, coordination, and pride in their abilities, proving that even our youngest learners can do big things when we believe in them.

A Gift of Time and Care

This month, we are excited to recognize Raven Howie and Chelsea Styer for their generosity and support. These two amazing parents provided childcare at our Christmas Party, allowing our staff to relax and enjoy a well-deserved celebration.

Their willingness to step in made a meaningful difference and truly reflects the heart of Partners In Learning—families supporting families. We are so grateful for their kindness, time, and willingness to serve our community.

Thank you, Raven and Chelsa, for being such a wonderful part of the PIL family!
