Mental Health Awareness Series
A New Year gives us a chance at a fresh start and hopefully, a time to improve ourselves both physically and emotionally. Each session stands alone so learn more and RSVP for any or as many as you would like to attend.

Christian Yoga
hristian yoga meditation opens the mind and heart to the word of God. Join us for Yoga with Keisha. Drop in fee of $12 per session or $40 for a series of four.
