Bottom Line Up Front: We watched in the past week as two very popular and active Right Wing Extremist channels were shuttered on Telegram. Bellum Acta and /CIG/, channels were taken down following 21 December 2019 posts centering on "Black Rapists in France." The action sent shockwaves across dozens of far right channels. Subsequently, The Privacy & Security Goys Telegram channel urged followers to submit PGP Keys to establish back channels. The group believed the move would be necessary to prevent the loss of cell structure if there is a massive take-down similar to the one that occurred against the Islamic State in 2019. We noticed several new channels emerged as a result with stricter entry requirements.

(Right Wing Extremism) 100 Handers' post new fliers in Middlesbrough, New South Whales, United Kingdom- 2 March 2020

Self-described network of White Nationalists that seek to spread their message through a updating series of stickers/fliers that can be downloaded and printed anonymously.

Recent campaigns against the left-wing Extinction Rebellion movement are paired with dire demographic warnings on the fate of white majorities in the United Kingdom and Europe as a whole.

The Twitter account @hundredhanders has been suspended.

The group is not only active in the United Kingdom, but it is the region with the most activity. There are 100 Handers active in the United States as well, with fliers posted in West Valley, Utah were circulated on 29 February 2020.

I mages (above): . Self starters are still disseminating 100 Handers' White Nationalist stickers in public places, evidenced by uploads on the Handers' Telegram channel.

Islamic State Bangladesh (Abu Jandal al-Bangali) claim bombing of police traffic checkpoint in Gate 2 area of Chittagong, southeast Bangladesh- 29 February 2020

First claimed bombing in Bangladesh in 2020. Four bombings that targeted a political party HQ and police were claimed in Khulna and Dhaka following the renewal of allegiance to the then Caliph Baghdadi in August 2019.

A stand where police observe passing traffic was targeted by an individual who threw an improvised explosive device, injuring three policemen. Islamic State claim to have wounded five, including two officers.

The reaction to the potential pandemic in the making has been refracted through the shared space of memes, anti semitism, conspiracies and white nationalist beliefs popular on 4chan and Telegram. What began for the white nationalist echo-chamber as a mere pandemic of convenience that would kill off minorities is now seen through the lens of conspiracies as an existential threat to themselves. Blaming racial inferiors for the spread, or greedy Jews from preventing an adequate response, are but two examples. There is also the spread of anti-President Trump rhetoric, who is increasingly seen as supportive of Israel & the Jewish race over white people
