⚾️ Baseball Season
The 2024-25 year of sports has officially come to a close with the end of our brief baseball season. Kehillah played a fun and relatively competitive game against Crystal Springs, that was dramatic until the end.

Lots of unnecessary headfirst slides, questionable strategic decisions by player coaches, and a shofar sounding for each of our nine runs 📯🐏
All-in-all, an entertaining game that brought back the love of the game for all of those playing and in attendance.
Thanks for a great season!

🪷 Wellness Week
With May being National Mental Health Awareness Month, students participated in a variety of activities this week centered on mental health and well-being. On Mental [Health] Monday, programming included expert-led workshops on screen time, sleep science, and healthy relationships, as well as interactive sessions like sensory play and affirmation bracelet making.
| | During lunches this week, students unplugged with outdoor games, raffles, an ice cream sundae bar — and on Monday, a special visit from Animal Assisted Happiness, who brought therapeutic animals to campus. | | | |
Our Peer Health Educators took their commitment to care even further by completing CPR and First Aid training after school.
Today, we celebrated the small and big wins in our community with a Good News Wall. Tomorrow, our Rams will be doing yoga during lunch in the Kikar.

We're almost there! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we've raised $60,025 toward our $75,000 goal to unlock the E.E. Ford Foundation matching grant.
That means we're just $14,975 away from fully funding Cultivating Empathy, Dialogue, and Democratic Engagement at Kehillah — a transformative initiative that will shape the student experience for years to come.

📣 Calling Parents/Guardians of the Classes of 2026, 2027, and 2028!
The Kehillah Parent Association (KPA) is building its Board for the 2025-26 school year, and we’re looking for Parents/Guardians who are interested in getting more involved! The KPA Board meets regularly to help lead efforts that support our students, faculty, and community throughout the year. We are currently seeking 2-3 volunteers from each grade level to join the KPA Board. Meetings are typically held over Zoom and last between 30-60 minutes. Whether you’re a longtime member of the KPA or new to our community, we welcome your involvement and fresh perspective!
If you’re interested or have any questions, please email kpa@kehillah.org. We’re excited about what’s ahead and would love for you to be part of it!
