Highland Park UMC UMW-Dallas presented sisters Dana Hargrove Harkey and Rita Hargrove Clinton with the 2022 Georgia Bates "Spirit of Mission" Award on Monday, 05.02.22. This annual award honors women from the Highland Park UMC congregation who have made significant and lasting contributions to ministries serving people, communities, or specific needs.

Dana and Rita were recognized for demonstrating a "Spirit of Mission" in their extensive service through many ministries at Highland Park UMC and throughout the North Texas community.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for Mission u 2022: "Who Can We Be Together?: Building Communities of Hope and Joy" presented by North Texas Conference United Women in Faith. This year's adult study will focus on Luke 13, and the text will be Who Can We Be Together? by Candace Simpson.
