May 2026 Market Update
The Treasure Valley housing market remained active in May, with pending and closed sales increasing in both Ada and Canyon counties. Inventory also continued to rise, giving buyers more options, while low months of inventory and faster days on market show that well priced homes are still moving quickly.

Summer Outlook:
Heading into summer, the market appears steady and balanced. Buyers have more choices than earlier in the year, but demand remains healthy and inventory is still relatively limited. If mortgage rates remain stable, the Treasure Valley market should maintain a solid pace through the summer months.
