Dear Aristoi Katy Community, 

The facilities team has been working with administration on a path forward for the necessary repairs and improvements at the Katy Logic & Rhetoric campus. Our remediation vendor began remediating the C building on Tuesday, May 28th. Aristoi also has a vendor working on re-leveling the building and making repairs to the roof. We anticipate the remediation to be completed on or before June 18th in which we will test the building for clearance. In addition to this work, we will also check the leveling and the roofs of both buildings D and E.  

Simultaneously, Aristoi is working with a civil engineering firm on a drainage improvement plan for the Katy Logic & Rhetoric campus. Aristoi walked the campus with the engineer to review the proposed improvements. We hope to have this plan completed within the next week or two.

All remediation and renovation work is now complete at the Katy Grammar campus. The facilities team worked with campus administration to move classrooms and restore the library.  

Both Katy campuses are scheduled to have a deep clean and floor work completed prior to inservice.
