Through My Lens

August 2019

We all look at life through our own lens

Dear Friends,

Life can be run at a frantic pace and we all fall victims to that pace. Just where are we going in such a hurry. During these lazy days of summer, perhaps we can all slow down our pace and just be...

Ninety Miles an Hour

I was driving down the road of life

Going ninety miles an hour.

My car held tightly to the road

It had great speed and power.

The view was great each way I looked

It was rich in color and design.

What a ride I did think

As we left each view behind.

By looking out the back window

I could see just where I had been.

But where will this road take me?

What direction will I point my car in?

For if I am at nothing I'll hit it.

So I must know where I want to go.

For diving ninety miles an hour down the road of life

Without a plan - I'll have nothing to show.
