CHOC Autism Center
In January, CP&A joined in a grand opening celebration of the new Thompson Autism Center at CHOC Children’s in Orange. The event included a number of elected officials in attendance, including Senator Tom Umberg and Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva. The center, named for the William and Nancy Thompson Family Foundation, will serve families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with a special focus on early diagnosis and creating comprehensive care plans for at-risk children ages 1-6.
Curt Honored by CSUF Center for Oral History

The Future of Ports is Here
For the second straight year, CP&A Senior VP, Jennifer Fitzgerald, facilitated a day-long strategic planning retreat for Future Ports ’ Board of Directors at CP&A’s offices. Future Ports is a membership association of California ports dedicated to addressing common industry issues related to economic growth and the environment. A burgeoning organization, Future Ports’ membership is comprised of the Ports of Hueneme, Los Angeles, Long Beach and San Diego, as well as professionals from the transportation, energy, distribution and commercial real estate industries, among others.
