In January, CP&A joined in a grand opening celebration of the new Thompson Autism Center at CHOC Children’s in Orange. The event included a number of elected officials in attendance, including Senator Tom Umberg and Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva. The center, named for the William and Nancy Thompson Family Foundation, will serve families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with a special focus on early diagnosis and creating comprehensive care plans for at-risk children ages 1-6.
