Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, Windy Hill's Director will make a decision by 5:30 am whether or not we will be operating.

Check Facebook or call in to listen to our answering machine to verify if we're open:

717-225-0733.

Tickets will be available starting February 1st for $10 each. We are asking all members to sell at least 5 tickets so we'll be able to sell out and provide the entire payout.

Winners will be chosen at the 9th annual Wellness Fair on March 31st at 2 pm. Winners do not need to be present to win.

Takeout & Dine-in Lunch Options

Did you know the only funding we receive from the county is based on the number of meals we serve to our members? By joining us for lunch you will receive a hot meal, and you'll also feel satisfaction in knowing that you helped support our center. With the increasing cost of food, why not save a little money by getting your lunch here?! All members are eligible for this service regardless of your income.

We have two meal options available every Monday - Wednesday.

  1. Takeout Lunch - from 11:30 am - noon you can pick up your lunch inside the office.
  2. Regular Lunch - starting at noon you can come inside and join us for lunch in our cafeteria.

Preregistration for meals is required no later than 7 am the day prior to receiving a meal by calling 717-225-0733 ext. 105 and leaving a message with your name and the dates you'd like to be on the schedule for takeout or dine-in meals. You can also schedule online using Copilot or using the Copilot kiosk in the office.

Lunch is provided on a donation-basis. You can give as much or as little as you're able for the meals that you receive. The suggested donation is $2. Those 59 and younger pay $3.75. Thank you to everyone who has used our lunch program!
