New Jersey Realtors®: What You Need to Know About the Flood Disclosure Updates Governor Murphy recently announced the launch of new tools to protect New Jersey residents from increasing flood risks. These tools include an updated property condition disclosure form that will notify prospective buyers of a property's known flood history and risks and an updated online flood area search tool. The Division of Consumer Affairs form is now available and will be required starting March 20, 2024. New Jersey Realtors® will update its Seller's Property Condition Disclosure Statement and notify members once available. Read more.
