 My To Do List:

Wake up early. Do my morning exercises. Eat a healthy breakfast.
Read up on the latest business news. Make a list of priorities for the day (I am a firm believer of writing it down! I also love the back of envelopes!) 
Interact with our team on a regularly scheduled call. This not only helps me focus on the tasks at hand, it also helps me better cater to the team's needs. We all know what has to be achieved for this day. We all are efficient because we started the day/week right!
