Ski Club

We are excited to announce that we will have a ski club with Perfect North again this year. By using the link and login information below you can receive a 30% discount on all memberships. This is open to anyone (kids, friends, family) so please pass along information to anyone interested. We need a minimum of 15 passes sold to have a "club" and receive the discounted pricing.

Website: www.perfectnorth.com/clubs  (Please click on "S" to find St. Joseph Crescent Springs).

Username: sjcs

Password: deception

Deadline: November 3rd

Equipment: Ski/Snowboard rentals can be added see pricing below.

Passes: Will be mailed to you after you purchase them. In the mail you will receive a RFID card that will serve as your lift ticket. No need to get a sticker anymore. Please place RFID card in jacket (arm, shoulder, waist). You will have to place the RFID near the scanner to get on lift. RFID cards will also be used for ski rentals and can be used to put money on them for food.

Rentals: Please purchase rentals if needed when buying the passes.

By purchasing through the club you will get a free beginner lesson (just show up at the lesson location at the top of the hour and tell them you are part of the ski club).

By using the club you can also purchase 4 or 5 visit passes that allow you to show up 4 or 5 separate times throughout the year.

Please pay attention to what days you select for these passes. Rentals for the 4 or 5 visits are also at a discount rate.

The ski club is the only way to purchase these 4 or 5 visit passes.

The more people registered the more rewards we will get. We will have a St. Joe's day at Perfect North one day in January where we will have a drawing for some prizes.

Please reach out to me if you have any questions or issues with the system.

Shop Local, Support SJS Families

Did you know many of our St. Joseph School families own local businesses? By choosing to support them, you’re giving back to the people who make our community so strong. It’s a simple way to shop small and show big love for SJS! Check out and share this year's SJS Business Directory, which is also available under the Current Families tab on our website.

Message from Parish Secretary

If you do not have attendance cards (especially new families), please reach out to me. I can print some up for you and send them home with your student! Even if you contribute money electronically, you still need to put attendance cards in the collection basket to document your presence/participation at Mass.

Also, if you don't have cards yet or forget their card at home, you can just use a plain empty envelope or even just a scrap of paper with your family name or household on it and put it in the basket. Please put your family's last name, as well as a first name of head/co head of household. I am receiving slips of paper with last names only, but I sometimes have multiple families with the same last name. It will be VERY helpful to me if a first name is included to make sure that I mark participation for the correct family. If I can't figure it out, then I can't record it.

If you miss Masses, please don't put multiple weeks of cards in the collection basket. You will only get "credit" for one weekend- the one you attended.

Office Reminders

  • If you are dropping off an item your child has forgotten, please put the item on or in the blue bin by the front door. Your child’s name should be on the item. Please email the office and the child’s teacher to let them know that an item has been dropped off for the child. The office staff will retrieve the item and your child will pick it up from the office.

  • If you need to make an appointment for your child during the school day, please refrain from picking your child up after 1:30 p.m. The office is very busy at the end of the day, and reducing early pick ups at this time will allow our office staff to focus on making sure everything is ready for our school dismissal at 1:55 p.m.

  • If your student is going to be absent, please email their teacher and the office at bbilz@sjscrescent.org and aborchers@sjscrescent.org

  • If there is a transportation change for dismissal, please email your students teacher and Mrs. Bilz in the office at bbilz@sjscrescent by 12:00 p.m.
