This event will take place in the MPR1. Guests can enter through the south door 10 minutes before the start time.

Student Hour & Club Pick Up

• Students attending clubs and student hours need to be picked up at the dismissal curb between 5:00pm-5:10pm.
• Any student not picked up by 5:10pm will checked into late bird.

Reporting Student Absences

Please report all student absences to phoenixcentralstudentattendance@basised.com and CC your child’s teacher. Advance notice of planned absences is appreciated.  Please check your child’s teacher syllabus for their absent policy and homework. 

Late Bird is a voluntary fee-based extension of the school day open to all students. Late Bird runs from dismissal until 5:30 pm on all regular school days.

Any students remaining on campus at 4:00 pm will be sent to Late Bird, and parents/guardians will be charged the Late Bird Drop-In Fee of $25.

Students picked up after 5:30 p.m. will be charged a $25 late pickup fee, billed directly to the family’s Blackbaud account. For every 15 minutes after 5:30 p.m., another $25 fee will be assessed.
