10/2 What Must I Do To Inherit Eternal Life?

	Min. Bob Cutting GOD's PIECE- Your piece of God for today.
Luke 10:25-28 (AMP) 25 And a certain lawyer [an expert in Mosaic Law] stood up to test Him, saying, "Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?" 26 Jesus said to him, "What is written in the Law? How do you read it?" 27 And he replied, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself." 28 Jesus said to him, "You have answered correctly; do this habitually and you will live."

Good, Great Morning! This may not be the answer that you thought I was going to give. You may have been taught the "Roman's Road" or the ABC method or some other interpretation. But this is Jesus, himself, confirming a very simple principle that supports all the others.

While this relies on our understanding of what real love is it is the basis of all Scripture and God's purpose. Real love has been destroyed in it's meaning in today's sick world.

But God did provide it at I Corinthians 13.

Our goal in it should be to be able to put our name down instead of the word 'love' in that Scripture. Try it and see how far you have come!

I hope I have helped you today with this issue.

My prayer for us today is this:

Dear Father God,

Help us to realize you said and endorsed this form of conversion to you, despite what others may have taught. May we become your lovers.
