Please be advised of notice regarding Hydrant Flushing on Village’s infrastructure.

Johnsburg Public Works Department will start in Remington Grove Subdivision on Tuesday, October 27^th starting at 8:00am

The work is expected to be completed by 2:30p.m. Residents and businesses on this system may experience discolored water and occasional reductions in water pressure while the flushing takes place.

2026 Halloween Trick or Treat Hours

Halloween Trick or Treat Hours are 3:00PM-7:00PM on 10/31/26

Only approach homes that have an exterior porch light turned on, as this signals that the household is welcoming trick-or-treaters.

Address Numbers Must Be Clearly Visible

Property owners and occupants are responsible for displaying the building’s address number in a location that is clearly visible from the street.

Clearly displayed address numbers help emergency responders and other service providers quickly locate your home or business.

Address numbers must:

• Use standard Arabic numerals; script-style numbers are not permitted
• Recommend 6” for house (4” minimum per IRC)
• Use a color that contrasts with the background for easy visibility
