Día de los Muertos Altar
Oct. 23-Nov. 8
We are celebrating All Souls’ Day/Día de los Muertos with a virtual altar table, offering an opportunity for us to honor and remember our loved ones who, though no longer with us physically, remain ever-present in our thoughts and hearts.

Although the building is closed, a physical altar can be seen through the front windows at St. David's. Visit the virtual altar and learn more.

If you are not already giving, please consider making St. David's your giving priority this year.
St. David's is proud to support Interfaith Action of Central Texas (iACT) and their virtual fall fundraiser: A Night Under One Sky. This year’s program, The Path to Racial Justice: Allies and Co-Conspirators for Good, explores how we as individuals and as faith communities can promote racial reconciliation and anti-racism.

The program features Bishop Michael Curry, Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church, who will inspire us to stand in love and be brave in our desire for racial reconciliation.
Panel participants include: Dr. Edwin Dorn, professor and former Dean of the LBJ School of Public Affairs and a lion for civil rights; Chris Hyams, CEO of Indeed.com; Dr. Daryl Horton, pastor at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, an historic Black church in east Austin; and Muna Hussaini, activist, high tech guru, and co-founder of Muslim Space.

St. Agnes Guild Zoom Meeting September 2020
ST. AGNES GUILD
Saturday, Oct. 31, 10 a.m.

The St. Agnes Guild is a group of knitters and crocheters of all ages. They make prayer shawls, preemie hats, scarves, hats and mittens for the homeless and others who need them.

Don’t know how to knit? St. Agnes’ Guild members will quickly teach you how. Meetings are fun, fellowship, and service all rolled into one! Extra yarn and knitting needles are provided. When the weather turns cold, the caps and scarves are blessed and distributed to the clients of Trinity Center. Prayer shawls are given to people who are ill or in nursing homes. Shawl requests are welcome.

Gifts from the St. Agnes Guild for Trinity Center will be blessed in the Nov. 15 worship service.
