Dear Fairview Families:
Today in Governor DeWine’s press conference, he announced that Cuyahoga County is still in Level 3/RED of the Ohio Public Health Advisory System. Therefore, the district will continue providing instruction in our current hybrid mode.
I know the ups and downs caused by the stress and anxiety of the unknown from week to week is grueling. (I share your pain! We all do.) We are aware that the planning required for many of you to make arrangements for childcare for when we shift to Level 4/PURPLE and to remote learning can be incredibly difficult. We’ve tried to provide as much advanced warning and information as possible because it appears this shift is inevitable and just a matter of time as we advance into the colder months.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. We are ALL between a rock and a hard place as we face the many unknowns of this pandemic. Hang in there, and continue taking care of yourself and those around you. I want to thank our amazing teachers and staff for all they are doing for our students. We remain committed to doing everything we possibly can to keep our schools safe for our children each and every day.
Stay safe, and stay well.
Dr. Bill Wagner
Superintendent, Fairview Park City Schools
