Registration for the CYO CTX 2024 - 2025 Winter Basketball League and 2025 Spring Soccer League is now open!
Basketball Registration Period: September 18th - October 27th
o We have a hard close date on October 27th so please follow the deadlines. We will need about a few weeks to get all t-shirts and jerseys ordered and sorted prior to the first games on November 16th. Any registrations after the deadline will not be guaranteed a jersey and t-shirt.
Soccer Registration Period: September 18th - February 1st
o We have a hard close date on February 1st so please follow the deadlines. We will need about a few weeks to get all t-shirts and jerseys ordered and sorted prior to the first games on February 22nd. Any registrations after the deadline will not be guaranteed a jersey and t-shirt.
· Grade Levels:
o 1st/2nd Grade Divisions
o 3rd/4th Grade Divisions
o Boys Divisions and Girls Divisions are top priority, however, if we are short on numbers we might have some co-ed teams. We will know when registration closes.
Saturday Basketball Game Dates:
o November 16th & 23rd
o December 7th & 14th
o January 11th, 18th, & 25th
o February 1st
Game Locations:
o St. Theresa
o St. Louis
o St. Ignatius
o Other possible sites TBD
Saturday Soccer Game Dates:
o February 22nd
o March 1st, 8th, 15th, & 29th
o April 5th & 12th
Game Locations:

Game Times:
o Between 9am and 3pm
o All dependent on the total number of games. If we have a lot of teams we might be at multiple sites on the same day.
o 1st/2nd divisions will likely be the early games and we hope to have them play on the side courts/fields at St. Theresa Catholic School mainly so that two games can be played at the same time.
o 3rd/4th division games will likely be played after the 1st/2nd game times.
Cost:
o $200/athlete (All players will receive a jersey and CYO CTX t-shirt)
o $150/athlete if parent plans to volunteer coach
Other information:
o Check with the CYO CTX Executive Directors or your Athletic Director if you are wanting to coach.
o All Coaches must be EIM Compliant
o All Coaches will need to complete a Play Like a Champion Today Coaches Workshop at some point when CYO CTX has one scheduled. It is a great workshop!
Financial Assistance:
o There is a three-installment payment option, which will charge $50 of the fee at registration, and the remaining two $75 payments on the 1st of each month depending on the sport. (All details will be found on the registration page)
o If you need further assistance, please reach out to any of the CYO CTX Executive Directors and we will evaluate your situation and help out as needed.
Practices:
o Practice schedules are TBD depending on coach availability and gym availability, but the goal is for teams to get at least 1 practice per week for 1 hour.
