on Former Hollander Building

Hollander Storage & Moving began their family-owned business in 1888. They built and operated the Milwaukee Avenue Warehouse from 1923 to 2018, when it was sold to a developer. Plans for the project were updated recently, and the project is moving forward.

SCORE Some Help for Your Business

The Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE)
hosts free monthly webinars to help start and grow existing businesses. October's lineup includes Cybersecurity, Boosting Holiday Sales, and Insight from successful entrepreneurs on Starting a Business.
The Illinois Retail Merchants Association is the only statewide organization exclusively representing retailers in Illinois. It provides full-time advocacy services and representation in front of State, Cook County, and City of Chicago policymakers. IRMA’s efforts have resulted in the passage and defeat of significant bills impacting retail stores.
