THEOLOGY COURSES: Roncalli High School, 2000 Mirro Drive, Manitowoc, will offer “Learning on the Journey: A Winter Series of Courses on Faith, Practices and Perspectives'' from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 18 to Feb. 22. The series is open to the public and there is no admission fee. Each session will feature four speakers. Presenters will include Tim Olson, Paul Schweigl, Callie Hynek, Dianne Vadney, Taylor Geiger, Dcn. Frank Birr and Fr. Dave Beaudry. People may attend all or individual sessions. No reading or homework required. A social to follow. Wine will be served. Attendees should enter through the Fine Arts Center doors. Babysitting services will be provided. CELEBRATION OF LIFE: “Disciples for Life, Walking with Moms in Need” will be held from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help, 4047 Chapel Drive, Champion. This free event will be held in person and via livestream. Tori Peterson, a national pro-life speaker with an inspiring story on the power of choosing life and the Gospel call to walk with moms in need, will deliver the keynote. The event will also include a panel discussion with local pro-life leaders, breakout sessions and questions and answers with Bishop David Ricken, a pro-life rosary service and a respect life Mass with Bishop Ricken.
