We are excited to share with you all, one of our recent 100% virtual event successes!
Our wonderful virtual event delivery team, led by Jessica Newmarch, recently hosted the International Confederation of Principals 2020 Council Meeting on 30th September.
The ICP Council Meeting is held annually and has traditionally been hosted as a physical event. In 2020, the event was to be held in Ghana, however, the closing of international borders world-wide meant this would not be possible. What then became a 100% virtual event, was a very first for the International Confederation of Principals.
The ICP Board remained committed to engaging with their members from all over the globe and while initially apprehensive, knew that in order for this event to proceed, they would require a robust event delivery platform and a capable team of event professionals to help bring such an event to fruition.
The event comprised the Annual General Meeting, 3 international speakers and interactive peer networking opportunities over a 7-hour period.
The 100% virtual event attracted over 170 attendees from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Fiji, Finland, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kenya, Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda and the United Kingdom.
The event was accessible across multiple time zones and live support was provided around the clock for all attendees across the globe, including those who could not attend the real-time components.
Working in partnership with the committed individuals who comprise the ICP Board, to deliver on-point and engaging content with opportunities for interaction between the international members, ensured the ultimate success of this event.
