Barbara Boos

Barbara is a seasoned investment practitioner who has dedicated her career to making a positive impact in the field of climate and infrastructure finance. As an independent advisor, she provides strategic advice to funds and other actors in the climate and infrastructure investment space and serves as independent investment committee member and non-executive director on a number of equity funds and asset companies pursuing sustainable infrastructure investment strategies in Europe and the US. Prior to becoming an independent advisor, Barbara spent over 20 years at the EIB Group at various positions and led the EIB Group’s climate and infrastructure fund investment activities from 2018 to 2023. Throughout her career, she oversaw more than 100 fund investments with a total investment amount of over EUR 3.5 bn. Barbara’s areas of expertise encompass renewable energy, energy efficiency, environment and resources, sustainable transport, digital and social infrastructure fund investments, all underpinned by a strong foundation in ESG and risk management. Barbara’s commitment to sustainable finance is exemplified by her membership in the UNPRI Infrastructure Advisory Committee in 2022 and 2023, and her current roles as chair of the Selection Committee of the International Climate Finance Accelerator and member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the UN Environment Programme’s Restoration Seed Capital Facility. Barbara holds a degree in Business Information Systems from the Technical University Darmstadt (Germany).
Elvira Lefting

Elvira Lefting is co-founder of Finance in Motion. Her expertise in public-private partnership models and blended finance was instrumental in the creation of large-scale impact investment funds focusing on decarbonization, sustainable practices and land-use and conservation. She has devoted her career exclusively to development finance and capacity building seeking to advance a green and equitable transformation of financial and corporate sectors and building an investable asset class attractive to private investors. Elvira has worked for decades in and for emerging markets for both the public and private sector focusing on bankability of projects and ability of financial sectors and investors to fund such. From its foundation more than 15 years ago, Elvira has overseen the growth and expansion of the investment operations at Finance in Motion globally. Elvira holds an M.A. in Slavic Studies from Heidelberg University.
Lilly Murmann
Impact & Sustainability Management, SVM Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH
Lilly Murmann joined her family's Single Family Investment Office in August 2022, and is responsible for developing and growing the office's impact investment strategy. This includes assessing the office's current portfolio impact and initiating a long-term shift to impact, as well as integrating an impact measurement and management approach for future activities. Lilly studied international politics at King's College London, as well as public and nonprofit management at the University of Hamburg. Prior to her current role, Lilly worked in various positions in Hamburg's nonprofit sector, including for an environmental foundation and in the field of refugee aid.
Isabel Reuss
Senior Climate & Social Advisor, Italian Sustainable Investment Forum
Isabel Reuss is Senior Climate and Social Advisor at the Italian Sustainable Investment Forum (ItaSIF) part of the Eurosif network in Milan, Italy. In this role she writes position papers across a range of subjects related to sustainable finance; she leads various Working Groups within Italy and participates in various EU financed Projects. She is a guest lecturer at various universities in Italy and abroad. Isabel has over 37 years of experience in the Finance sector. She was Global Head of Sustainable Research at Allianz Global Investor where she was involved in conducting Sustainability Research across asset classes and regions spanning the entire sustainability investment value chain and integrating the new EU regulations. Previously she was a Senior Portfolio Manager for European Sustainable and Responsible Funds and Mandates for 11 years.
Beatrix Anton-Groenemeyer

Beatrix has a consistent record of delivering results and creating shareholder value in investment banking, asset management and sustainability during her 35-year business career. A lawyer by education, Beatrix served as Allianz Global Investors' first Chief Sustainability Officer. This newly created ‘C-level’ position spearheaded the firm's sustainability strategy. In addition, she was part of the Allianz SE global diversity board and led the female sponsoring program. In 2019 Beatrix was appointed chair of the Advisory Board of ENACTUS e.V. Germany, a global network dedicated to making the world a better place through entrepreneurial action, and in 2023 she joined the management board as deputy CEO. Beatrix is a founding member of 100 Women in Finance Germany and invented the role model series of events. She works with Sporthilfe Germany Kuratorium to support female athletes to find fulfilling jobs and careers when they transition to life after sport. Barbara Wokurka is a financial expert with 30 years of experience in corporate banking and asset management. She boasts extensive international experience including several years in the UK and Kazakhstan as well as sales positions within Europe. She has been working 13years for the quant asset manager Quoniam, with responsibility on Partner level for International Client relations during the last 5 years. Following her employment with Quoniam she has been working for 4 years for the multi family Office FINVIA as Head of Impact Investing. Barbara is currently in transition phase into a new job.
