Future-Proof Your Business
The daily onslaught of news and change generates multiple signals regarding customer behavior. The new challenge is paying attention to the correct signals to predict how the future will play out in your sector. These changes manifest in two ways: on a macro scale, or long-wave signals, and as micro-behaviors, or short-wave signals.

Discerning an enduring signal, rather than noise, can be difficult. As you distinguish the type of signal, you approach the why behind the force of change, a critical first step to future-proof your business.

Hear why you and your business need to pay attention to both long- and short-wave signals. Learn how to synthesize this information into strategic action that will keep your organization both nimble and thriving.

Consider how to apply these insights to your firm as you network with peers over drinks and snacks.
