Rob Massey
Tax Partner, Deloitte San Francisco

Rob Massey has 20 years of professional experience in tax consulting for technology companies including search, SaaS and gaming with an expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency and tokenization. He serves companies throughout the blockchain ecosystem inclusive of miners, specialty chip design and manufacturing, payment processing, wallet hosting, exchanges, ETFs, hedge funds, tokenization and protocol development. Rob leads Deloitte’s blockchain efforts in tax for the global firm.

Alexandra Simonova
Risk Advisory Senior Manager, Deloitte

Alexandra is a Senior Manager in the Deloitte Cayman Islands practice. She has over 12 years of experience in IT management and 8 years of performing Cyber Risk, Technology and Digital Risk Strategic Risk, and Strategic Risk services for Deloitte’s clients. This includes work in the financial services, private and public sector on various projects including advising on technology innovation, system implementation, business process re-engineering, data analytics, cybersecurity strategy and governance, cyber resilience programs for business continuity and cyber incident response. Alexandra is also a frequent speaker at FinTech and Cyber Risk conferences in Cayman and the Caribbean.

Alexandra has Master’s Degree in Software Engineering and is working on a PhD in Cybersecurity and Assurance. Alexandra is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Alexandra is a Co-Chair of the Young Business & Professional Women in the Cayman Islands and a member of 100 Women in Finance.
