EDUCATION SESSION #1084
Update on Gender Parity in the Financial Services Sector
Diversity within organizations has been shown to drive innovation and increase productivity. Gender diversity in particular, at the leadership level, has even been linked to boosts in profitability.

Examine the issue more closely in a discussion of Within Reach?: Achieving Gender Parity in Financial Services Leadership , a paper jointly issued by Deloitte and 100 Women in Finance. Learn the strategies currently practiced at financial services firms, as they respond to investor demands for a diversified talent base.

Bring your questions as you take a deeper dive into how colleagues and competitors address the gender diversity issue. Share your views as you network with peers over drinks and canapes.
