Ingrid Barth

Founder and COO, Linker


Ingrid Barth studied economics and civil engineering, an MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation from FIA-USP, and took first place with the most innovative startup idea at the FEA-USP Entrepreneurship Forum/ 2016. She specializes in treasury services in New York and Chicago (JPMorgan University) and specialization in innovation and design thinking (HiveLab SP). She has been in the financial market for more than 19 years, working in international banks such as Santander and JPMorgan. She worked as business head at Fintech Banco Neon and Foxbit. She is currently running your own fintech named Linker Bank, a digital account for smaller companies that was sold to Omie in 2021. Ingrid is also Abstartups president, Brazilian Central Bank Open Banking board member and former Abfintechs executive director. Recently she is representing Brazil in G20 startup group and became part of “Conselhão” of the brazilian presidency.


Martha de Sa

CEO, VERT


Martha has been in the financial market since 2007. She was also a Founding Partner of Octante and worked in the New Business department of Mauá Investimentos. She has an extensive track record in agricultural credit and strong relationships with fintech’s ecosystem. She graduated in Business Administration from FGV-SP, with courses at Luigi Bocconi and Grenoble École de Management. Chartered Financial Analyst by the CFA Institute and CGA of ANBIMA.


Nicole Dyskant

Founder, Dyskant Advogados


With more than 20 years of legal experience in the financial sector and capital markets, Nicole Dyskant leads the digital assets area of her law firm, Dyskant Advogados. She was head of Legal and Compliance at Hashdex, a company that is currently an Advisor. She is also an Advisor to Fireblocks for Latin America. She was the legal director of the Ágora / Bradesco brokerage and a partner at Trindade Sociedade de Advogados, owned by the former president of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). The lawyer is also a co-founder of the startup Compliasset, a provider of regulatory compliance management software for investment consultants, whose control was acquired by Sinqia in March 2023. Co-chair of 100 Women in Finance Brazil.


Jihane Halabi

Partner, Halabi Advogados


Partner at Halabi Advogados, specialist in banking regulation, fintechs and venture capital. She has been working in the new economy for 17 years, she is a former MeLi and creator and coordinator of the book Brasil Fintech. Among other things, she acts as an invited professor on these topics in several schools, is a partner of the Lift Learning program of the Central Bank of Brazil, is part of the group of mentors of the Ignite course invited by Stanford University and has experience as a co-founder and salesperson. from a tech company. Currently, she actively collaborates on numerous fronts for Brazil to become a great fintech nation.


Silvia Valadares

Managing Director, Centria Partners


Managing Director at Centria Partners, a leading Tech IB/M&A boutique that pioneered the Brazilian market by focusing solely on tech deals between Brazil, US and Co-founder of Owl Docs and Kozmic Work, startups that use Blockchain in document management processes and voting flow, respectively. Pioneer in the digital entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Latin America. During 8 years at Microsoft, he was responsible for programs for entrepreneurs and investors, managing a portfolio of 6 thousand startups.


Nathalie Vidual

Superintendent of Investor Protection and Guidance, CVM



Nathalie joined the CVM in 2012, supervising the financial statements of publicly traded companies until 2019 and as Head of the Structured Investments Division from 2020 to 2021. She holds a degree in business administration from the University of Brasília, with an MBA in finance, investments and risk by FGV. Passed CFA level I and II exams. Before joining the CVM, she worked in the Finance Department of Banco do Brasil, being responsible for preparing economic and financial scenarios.
