Sanyukta Desai
Director, Private Markets, Lighthouse Canton Pte Ltd
Sanyukta Desai joined Lighthouse Canton in the Private Markets Division and currently manages the firm’s Private Credit funds. Sanyukta brings over ten years of financial markets and credit experience having previously worked in Credit Risk at Credit Suisse specifically on economic risk capital, quantitative strategies and stress testing. She holds and MBA from INSEAD and a BA(Hons) in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham.
Mary Ellen Olson
Senior Credit Analyst, Bloomberg Intelligence
Mary Ellen Olson is a senior credit analyst with BI in Hong Kong covering energy companies operating in South East Asia and India. Prior to joining BI, Mary Ellen worked as a senior desk analyst for Credit Agricole in Hong Kong covering regional financial and corporate credits with a focus on relative value and strategy. Mary Ellen first joined the sell-side as the head of HSBC’s Asia Pacific corporate credit research team in Hong Kong and also spent time with HSBC in New York as a Director of high yield credit research. Prior to joining the sell-side, Mary Ellen worked with S&P Ratings in New York and Hong Kong covering a variety of credit sectors. Mary Ellen holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is a CFA Charterholder.
Rain Yin
Associate Director, Standard and Poor’s Ratings
Rain Yin is an Associate Director in the Sovereign and International Public Finance Ratings group of the Standard and Poor’s Ratings Service in Asia. Based in Singapore, Rain is responsible for ratings on sovereigns, local governments and government-related entities in the Asia region. Before joining S&P Global Ratings, Rain served as a Senior Economist in the International Economy Division of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), where she conducted extensive macroeconomic surveillance and analysis on Asian economies. She was also Associate Director at the International Department in MAS, responsible for organizing regional financial meetings and deepening international cooperation and coordination over financial and regulatory affairs. Rain holds a Masters of Arts degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
Sunnie Yun
Senior Vice President, PIMCO
Ms. Yun is a senior vice president and account manager on the global wealth management team in the Singapore office, responsible for working with financial intermediaries in the region. Previously in PIMCO’s New York office, she worked with financial intermediaries and discretionary platforms. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2016, Ms. Yun worked in the private investor products group at Goldman Sachs and the structured products desk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She has 12 years of investment and financial services experience and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She received an undergraduate degree from Korea University. She is on the Executive Committee of CAIA Association, Singapore chapter.
Sharon Chen
Senior Credit Analyst, Bloomberg Intelligence
Sharon Chen is a senior credit analyst in Bloomberg Intelligence covering telecom, utilities and infrastructure. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Sharon was with MetLife for over 12 years. She developed her career as a credit analyst through working across various roles in London and Hong Kong. Most recently, she was a Director in the MetLife Asia Fixed Income team, covering Asia ex-Japan corporate credits across a variety of sectors including TMT, utilities and real estate. Sharon graduated from University of Warwick with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics. Sharon is a chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst.
