IMPACT

100WF Hong Kong JumpStart University Investment Hackathon

You are invited to participate in the University Investment Hackathon. This stock picking competition will give you hands-on experience in fundamental analysis and the investing process.

Form an all-female students team of 4 to take part. Each team will be challenged to present the best investment idea. A briefing session will be held two weeks prior to the challenge day to announce the challenge topic, scope and research methods. Teams will also have 1-on-1 mentorship by volunteer coaches throughout the preparation process. The winners will be announced on the challenge day after all teams have made their final presentations.

All participants must attend both the preparation session and the event. Participants are welcome to join either as a team of four or as an individual who will be assigned a team.

If you are joining as a team, every individual participant must register for the event on their own. The team leader must also email the names of all team members to impacthk@100women.org.

Participants must register before August 29, 2023 for onboarding to the research platform.

All participants must be female, ages 18-25, currently attending any recognized universities in Hong Kong or currently residing in Hong Kong.

Participants must also be student members of 100 Women in Finance. Please sign up for a complimentary student membership here registering for the University Investment Hackathon.
