Fintech companies have demonstrated their agility during the pandemic; they quickly moved to provide outside of the box solutions and filled the gaps by providing greater access to financial services. Gain insights on how fintech innovation can help jumpstart the economy:

  • How and why fintech innovators have quickly responded, especially in the midst of the crisis
  • Which areas of the financial services sector are ripe for disruption given the accelerated rise of the digital economy
  • What types of collaboration is needed in the ecosystem of innovators, investors, financial institutions, regulators and other stakeholders for fintech to help jumpstart the economy.

As the Co-Founder and COO of DarcMatter (DM), Konstellation, and VegaX Holdings, Natasha is an experienced fintech, marketing, strategy, and M&A professional with over 10+ years of demonstrated leadership through key strategic roles at Fortune100 companies. She is the founder of three fintech companies and significantly increased the platform’s assets under management to over $7.0 Bn, with users from over 65+ countries. Natasha holds an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, and has successfully led her companies to secure numerous awards globally such as, “Startup of the Year,” NextMoney Global FinTech Finals, HFM Technology “Best FinTech Solution for Hedge Funds”, and “Best Blockchain Technology Provider” in the 2019 Wealth Industry Awards. She has received notable recognition from various prestigious organizations and media publications, demonstrating the significant impact she is making within the financial technology industry as a female pioneer. With a passion for learning, business development, diversity and inclusion, financial literacy, and technology, Natasha continues to pioneer the need for change in the financial services industry via fintech solutions.

Charlotte Croswell
CEO, Innovate Finance

Charlotte Crosswell is the CEO of Innovate Finance, the industry body representing the UK FinTech sector. Prior to joining Innovate Finance, she spent the majority of her financial services career in market infrastructure roles. Charlotte has held a number of management positions at Nasdaq and London Stock Exchange across international capital markets, equities, fixed income, OTC derivatives trading and clearing. In addition to her work with Innovate Finance, Charlotte is on the board of UK Finance, and also advises and sits on the boards of Government FinTech advisory groups, technology companies and FinTech startups. Charlotte holds a BA (Hons.) in French from the Southampton University. She has been included in the list of top 100 Women in Finance over many years.

Rhian Horgan
Founder and CEO, Kindur

Rhian Horgan is the Founder and CEO of Kindur, a fintech company dedicated to helping baby boomers feel prepared moving into retirement. Kindur’s new app Silvur is the first and only modern app dedicated to Baby Boomers. Kindur was named to the 2020 Forbes Fintech 50 and has been featured in the NY Times, Forbes, Inc Magazine, CNBC, Crains, Yahoo Finance and Business Insider. Prior to founding Kindur, Rhian was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Asset Management. Born and raised in England and Ireland, Rhian lives in New York City with her husband and two young children.

Jeanette Quick
Lead Counsel for Financial Services, Gusto

Jeanette Quick is Lead Counsel for Financial Services at Gusto. Prior to Gusto, she was Head of Compliance and Deputy General Counsel at Scratch, a fintech loan servicer. Jeanette was also Senior Counsel to the U.S. Senate Banking Committee, where she was the lead advisor on consumer and small business finance, and Senior Attorney at the OCC. She lives in San Francisco with her fiancee and is passionate about helping people be financially healthy.

Carole K. Crawford, CFA
Founder and Managing Partner, fincap360

Carole K. Crawford, CFA, is founder and Managing Partner of fincap360, developing venture portfolios for entrepreneurial family offices, often actively engaged with portfolio companies. Carole founded and chairs 100 Women in Finance’s 100WFinTech Global Visibility Initiative for senior women in fintech, a campaign to elevate the public profile of female fintech leaders and to enable stronger interconnectivity to the fintech ecosystem. Carole serves on CFA Institute's SGI Board of Regents and Capital Markets Policy Council, in addition to CFANY's Board of Directors. She founded and chairs CFANY's Fintech Thought Leadership Group, which focuses on discussion and participation across all career levels with programming that has attracted 1/2 of CFANY's members. Prior to fincap360, she built a successful wealth management practice at Morgan Stanley, in addition to leading branch-wide business development for alternative investments and SMAs for two of the largest offices of the firm. Through the years she has counseled the White House, Congress and other political leaders on issues related to financial services and entrepreneurship, called on by both sides of the aisle. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and completed the Certified Investment Management Analyst program at the Wharton School Aresty Institute of Executive Education. In 2018 she was a recipient of CFANY’s Volunteer of the Year Award.
