EDUCATION SESSION #1165
GLOBAL WEBINAR
Planning Today for the Future of Work

Hosted by the 100WF Philadelphia Committee
Most pundits agree that some version of tomorrow’s financial industry workplace is here now, accelerated by the rapid response to COVID. Few companies will simply “return to normal” after the health crisis abates. Given the documented productivity gains from remote working, your career – and your work team’s dynamics – will certainly evolve amid the recovery and beyond. This session will help you to envision and prepare for what lies ahead.

Steve Hatfield, Deloitte’s Global Future of Work Leader and member of its Global Human Capital Executive   Committee , will share highlights of Deloitte’s just-published research Global Human Capital Trends; Returning to Work in the Future of Work .

You will be offered a glimpse of the future and be guided through orchestrated strategies to address shifting workforce needs and priorities. You will then join other 100WF members in interactive breakout sessions to discuss how this strategic framework can help you and your organization to emerge from the crisis on firm footing and to create work teams that thrive.

Questions may be submitted in advance to Philadelphia@100women.org .
