Cécile Bartenieff
Chief Operating Officer of Global Banking & Investor Solutions, Societe Generale

Cécile Bartenieff started her career in 1990 at Accenture's consulting division before joining BRED Banque Populaire in 1995, where she worked as an Arbitrage trader and then in sales for large Corporates. Cécile Bartenieff joined Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 2000. She held various managerial positions within the Finance and Operations Departments before joining the COO office of Global Markets. In 2014, Cécile Bartenieff was nominated Head of Operations of Global Banking & Investor Solutions. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Global Banking & Investor Solutions on 1st June 2017. Cécile Bartenieff holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the ESSEC Business School.

Caroline Lamaud
Co-Founder, Anaxago

Graduated from Paris Dauphine University and ESCP, Caroline Lamaud co-founded Anaxago in 2012. She is the President of the Board of Directors, being also in charge of communication and brand marketing.

Virginie Lazès
Co-Head of European Technology IB, Rothschild & Co

Virginie Lazès joined Rothschild & Co in 2015, where she is the co-head of Europe Technology and co-head of the French Technology M&A team. Virginie spent 20 years doing Tech M&A and fund raising for Close Brothers as a Partner, from 1998 to 2008; followed by Bryan Garnier, Partner, from 2008 to 2015.

Florence Vasilescu
Founder and CEO, FirmFunding

Florence Vasilescu created FirmFunding in 2016 to help SMEs access alternative financing, in particular private debt. FirmFunding is the first French digital marketplace that connects SMEs to professional investors. The platform counts 230 registered European investors and has raised over €200m in the past 18 months. Florence has previously worked at the French Financial Markets Authority, at A&L Management at Crédit Agricole CIB and M&A at JPMorgan Chase. She graduated from HEC.

Mathilde Saliou
Journalist, mind Fintech

Mathilde Saliou focuses on the way new technologies transform society. Since January 2019, she works on the digital mutation of banking and insurance industries for mind Fintech. She specifically covers cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and Big Tech-related topics. In parallel, she writes the weekly newsletter la Cyberlettre. She is the Secretary General of Prenons la Une, a journalistic association working towards a better representation of women in the media and gender equality in the newsroom. Mathilde graduated from Sciences Po.
