EDUCATION SESSION #1156
GLOBAL WEBINAR
Female Fund Managers: The Nordic Perspective

Hosted by the 100WF European FundWomen Conference Committee
The Nordics lead league tables with respect to gender equality globally. Curiously, there are few female fund managers in those countries. Some say that, because the business case for female investment talent is clear, it may take pressure from allocators to help move the needle. Will more ESG mandates increase the number of female fund managers?

Learn how institutional capital allocators view the presence — and absence — of women in the investment community in the Nordic region and consider what may lie ahead.

Email your questions to conf-london@100women.org by 27 May 2020 or submit them during the webinar.

100WF operates under a guiding 30x40 Vision in which women will perform 30% of investment team and executive leadership roles by 2040. Toward that vision, 100WF's FundWomen initiative elevates the public visibility of female investment professionals, enabling greater connection to institutional investors, the media and to industry conference producers.
