Hanna is an executive director at LGT CP with a long-term experience in sustainable investments in a wide range of asset classes. She is a member of the LGT CP ESG committee. Hanna started her career in Germany, investing in structured credit, before joining LGT CP in 2008. She started in the manager selection team, before joining the Multi-Asset Solutions team as a portfolio manager. In 2017, Hanna moved to Shanghai, where she was involved in different social start-up projects before re-joining LGT CP in 2019. Hanna holds a MSc in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in International Management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS). Hanna is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Hrefna has been a Managing Director for Landsbankinn sinch 2010. Before joining Landsbankinn she worked as a fund manager for a Privat equity fund specialized in investing in retail both domestically and internationally. Hrefna was an analyst and headed the Listing division at the Iceland Stock Exchange from 1998-2006. She previously held the post of Head of Retail Banking with Fjárvangur and worked in the Central Bank's Monetary Policy division. Hrefna has served on the Board of Directors of several companies both in Iceland and abroad and was one of the founders and first chairman for IcelandSIF. Hrefna holds a degree in business administration from the University of Iceland and has a diploma from the Insurance Academy. She is also a licensed securities broker and is currently doing the AMP program at IESE business school.

Claire Tucker is a Senior Investment Officer for UBS Hedge Fund Solutions. Claire is primarily responsible for manager research, performing investment due diligence on prospective and existing hedge fund investments, while also contributing to asset allocation and portfolio management decisions. Prior to joining UBS in 2013, she was an Analyst on the European Rates Research desk at RBS Markets where she covered interest rate and cross-asset derivatives. Claire has nine years of investment industry experience and is a CFA charter holder. She holds a BSc (Hons), First Class, in Mathematics and an MSc in Operational Research from the University of Edinburgh.

Pontus is Head of Fixed Income, FX and Alpha at The Seventh Swedish National Pension Fund (AP7). He is also responsible for execution, treasury and financing for all asset classes. AP7 is the default choice for the defined contribution part of the government pension system in Sweden. The total assets under management exceed 600bn SEK. Mr von Essen has over twelve years of asset management and capital markets experience. Prior to moving to AP7 in 2017 he was Deputy CIO at Ericsson Pension with 22bn SEK in AUM. Before that he held several positions within proprietary trading and capital markets at the Swedish bank, SEB. Mr von Essen holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE).
Sofia Wärmlöf Helmrich

Sofia is part of the team that launched Lyxor SEB Impact Fund last year (a multi-impact fund, consisting of underlying investment strategies). She is responsible for manager research and due diligence of underlying managers. Also, working on research projects including impact measurement and sustainability integration. Prior to this, Sofia was part of SEBs international trainee program and has worked as an analyst at SEB Private Banking Investment Strategy, covering both discretionary and advisory investment mandates. She holds a Msc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics.

Ulrika co-founded Impactus Partners, a placement agency for Alternative Investments based in London and Switzerland with the vision to generate positive social – and environmental impact by promoting innovation and disruption in financial services. Ulrika has 20 years of experience in Capital Markets, Quantitative Trading and FinTech through working for firms such as UBS and Goldman Sachs. She is passionate about gender equality, a supporter of 100 Women in Finance and is chairing the London “FundWomen” committee. She holds a MSc in International Economics from Lund University, Sweden.
