Investing in the Next Generation, in Yourself and in the Community

Hosted by the 100WF Philadelphia Committee
Gather with your colleagues and then enter a small group discussion.

Investing in the Next Generation may take many forms. One-to-one mentor relationships, leading group discussions and workshops plus introductions to colleagues are all invaluable resources in your interactions with women with fewer than 10 years in the financial services industry, according to Chaitali Patel, Global Director of Pre-Career Initiatives at 100 Women.

Investing in yourself means understanding where you may create value within your organization. Learn how you can identify opportunities, complete the work and promote your success.

Investing in your community involves sharing your skills, your enthusiasm and your dollars. Consider your potential participation in giving back:

• Philanthropy and financial support
• Improving local communities
• Fighting for social equality

Following an introductory presentation by Patel, enter the break-out room for a two-part sequence of two simultaneous lively discussions: the first two are on investing in the Next Generation and in yourself. The second pair of discussions is on investing in the community.
