Rajen Gokani
Executive Director, Absolute Return Strategies, GCM Grosvenor

Mr. Gokani is a strategy head for Europe and is based in the London office. He leads investment research and manager monitoring with a focus on European and other globally orientated strategies. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Gokani held various roles at HSBC in the Global Research department. He worked in equity research in London, covering clean energy and ESG investments. He was also based in Hong Kong where he worked as an Emerging Markets fixed income strategist. Mr. Gokani received his Bachelor of Science with first class honors in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School.

Helen Idenstedt
Head of External Partnerships and Innovation, Första AP-fonden (AP1)

Helen Idenstedt is Head of External Partnerships and Innovations at AP1, the First Swedish National Pension Fund. The role includes actively managing AP1’s Idiosyncratic Alternative Investment portfolio which includes Hedge Funds and Private Debt as well as being responsible for Private Equity, High Yield and Emerging Market Equity investments. She has 15 years of experience in the alternative asset management industry. Helen joined AP1 in 2015.  Prior to joining AP1, Helen worked as Head of Product Management and Risk Manager at RPM. RPM is an alternative investment house, focusing on directional investment strategies, specifically Managed Futures and Global Macro. She started her career as a statistician at Statistic Sweden and holds a Master in Mathematical Statistics as well as a Bachelor in Economics.

Robert​ Sears
Partner, Chief Investment Officer, Capital Generation Partners

Robert is Chief Investment Officer at Capital Generation Partners, running all aspects of investment across the portfolios, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management, investment research and selection. Robert has developed important investment ideas and research at CapGen, including the firm's proprietary asset allocation model. Robert sits on the Investment, Client Portfolio and Asset Allocation Committees. He started his career at Merrill Lynch where he structured and executed solutions for client portfolios across all asset classes using cash securities and derivatives. Robert has a double first class Master of Mathematics degree from Oxford University and has a Masters of Finance degree from Cambridge University where he won the Director's Prize for graduating with the overall top mark. He is also a CFA charterholder and holds the FRM designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Elizabeth (Libbi) Ross
Alternative Investment Mandates, EMEA, Bloomberg L.P.

Libbi Ross is responsible for Bloomberg Mandates in EMEA, a service connecting Bloomberg's network of Alternative Fund Managers to Allocators to assist in capital raising. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Libbi worked at RBS in Hedge Fund Markets Relationship Management and Hedge Fund Rates Sales. She initially started her career in Capital Introductions at Newedge (now Societe Generale). Outside of Bloomberg, Libbi serves on 100 Women in Finance's London Education committee and organises events to support women in their careers.
