The Future of Work

Sponsored by PineBridge Investments
What will working in the office look like as we emerge from the pandemic? Many observers envision a hybrid model, with employees working a few days each week both in the office and from home.

What are the challenges and opportunities ahead when in-person and remote employees interact with each other, clients and associates? How does a corporate culture thrive in a hybrid model, when management and employee may have different preferences for in-person versus remote activity?

Share your forecasts and experiences with COOs, CTOs, commercial real estate professionals and your peer employees on the multiple factors that will shape the future of work in the office.

Please email your questions by Wednesday, April 28, 2021 to scalif@100women.org or you may submit them during the webinar.
